If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full/partial refund. Please find our Refund Policy below for more information.

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1 This policy is only applicable for a duration of 7 days. There shall no refund, if a refund request is initiated after 7 days of making a purchase.

1.2 To complete a refund process, a receipt/proof of purchase or transaction id must be provided in your communication.

1.3 Only regular priced services may be refunded, any service on sale/discount cannot be refunded.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Once a request for refund is initiated, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.

2.2 If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Late or missing refunds

3.1 If you have not received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
